In these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the aha303 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. aha303 operates a strict 21+ policy and will terminate any Account found to belong to a person under this age, forfeiting all associated Funds pending investigation.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed via the aha303 Responsible Gaming Tools or imposed by aha303 at its discretion.
4. Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of aha303 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
5. Single account: Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening or operating multiple Accounts is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

aha303 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in a KYC notice will result in Account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of Funds.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an Account on aha303, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address, and a chosen username and password. You warrant that all information provided is true, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. aha303 will never ask you to disclose your password. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify aha303 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Not share Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

aha303 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

aha303 may, at any time, require you to complete a KYC verification process. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo identity card (KTP or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), and a selfie with the identity document. aha303 may request additional documentation where circumstances warrant.

KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all Funds, in addition to any legal remedies aha303 may pursue.

3.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on aha303 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. aha303 does not support multi-currency Accounts. Users are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred outside the Platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aha303 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. These thresholds may be adjusted by aha303 from time to time. Users are advised to check the cashier for current limits before initiating a transaction.

4.3 Processing Times

• Deposits: Credited to your Account balance within five (5) minutes of confirmed receipt from the payment provider. During periods of high volume or network maintenance, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals: Processed within sixty (60) minutes for requests submitted during cashier operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window. Withdrawals pending KYC verification or fraud review may be subject to extended processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

aha303 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Conditions that may delay or prevent withdrawal include: incomplete KYC, an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or a withdrawal request that does not match the name on the registered Account.

4.5 Deposit Limits

Users may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) via the Responsible Gaming Tools section of their Account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period of 48 hours, to support responsible play.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All Bonuses offered by aha303 are subject to specific promotion Terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific Terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion Terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a Bonus of Rp 100.000 subject to a 10x wagering requirement must generate Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

aha303 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus — and to suspend or close the associated Account — where it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that:

• A User has opened multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• A User has employed a wagering strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements (e.g., hedging bets across outcomes to guarantee a return regardless of result).
• A User has provided false information to qualify for a promotion.
• The terms of the applicable promotion have been exploited in a manner not intended by aha303.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not activated within the validity period stated on the promotion page will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account balance without notice. Unused Bonus Funds that remain upon expiry carry no cash value and cannot be converted to withdrawable Funds.

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers

All Wagers are subject to acceptance by aha303. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at our discretion, including where: the Account has insufficient Funds, the relevant market has been suspended, there is evidence of technical error, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation of a sporting event or game outcome.

6.2 Sportsbook Rules

Sportsbook wagers — including pre-match, in-play, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Key principles include:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Confirmed odds are locked at the moment the bet slip is accepted.
• In-play odds fluctuate in real time. A delay between your submission and our acceptance may result in a different price being applied; you will be notified before confirming.
• Results are determined by the official result at the conclusion of normal regulation time plus any officially added stoppage time, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) and over/under markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules as published on the Platform.

6.3 Casino and Live Casino Rules

All casino and live casino games are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, aha303 will attempt to recover the game state. If recovery is not possible, the round will be settled according to the game provider's standard rules. aha303 accepts no liability for losses arising from interrupted internet connectivity on the User's side.

6.4 Togel Rules

The togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) product on aha303 uses officially published draw results from the applicable lottery market. Draw times are stated in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7). aha303 bears no responsibility for delays in result publication by the official draw body.

6.5 Error and Malfunction

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects game integrity — including incorrect odds display, payout errors, or game crashes — aha303 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return the staked Funds to the User's Account balance. This applies equally to sportsbook, casino, and all other product categories.

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the aha303 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to access the Platform or place Wagers in a manner not available to manual users.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security infrastructure.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable local law, using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your true location.
• Opening or operating more than one Account simultaneously or in succession.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after funds have been used for wagering.

aha303 employs fraud detection systems that monitor Platform activity continuously. Accounts found to be in breach of this clause will be suspended immediately; Funds may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud is established, forfeited in full.

All content on the aha303 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of aha303 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from aha303.
• Use the aha303 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to legal action.

aha303 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding data handling include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aha303 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if aha303 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of Funds resulting from your failure to maintain Account security, including unauthorised access to your Account arising from your own negligence.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, force majeure events, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations subsequently corrected under Clause 6.5.
• Any gambling losses. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that wagering involves inherent financial risk and that aha303 is not responsible for the outcome of any Wager.

In all cases where liability cannot be excluded, aha303's aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Suspension by aha303

aha303 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your Account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• A KYC request has not been satisfactorily responded to within the stated timeframe.
• A chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal has been initiated against a deposit made to your Account.

11.2 Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting aha303 customer support. Upon closure, any eligible Account balance — net of any active Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or closure of an Account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Definitions, Limitations of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law — shall remain in full force.

aha303 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aha303 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration body specified by the applicable licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits aha303's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.

aha303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at aha303.bet/terms-conditions and will display the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
